More than 1.2 million square meters of in-demand real estate will be built under them. This was reported by the Deputy Mayor of Moscow for Urban Development Policy and Construction.Vladimir Efimov.
“The development of the Danilovsky district continues, including thanks tocomprehensive territorial development program. Four KRT projects are being implemented here with a total area of almost 33.5 hectares. In total, over 1.2 million square meters of modern real estate will be built on the depressed site — about 600 thousand square meters of residential space and more than 630 thousand square meters of public-business facilities. Thus, attractive neighborhoods with balanced development will be formed in various locations. In addition, thanks to the implementation of projects in the Danilovsky district, more than 18.4 thousand jobs will be created, which will allow reducing pendulum migration and improving the quality of life for city residents,” said Vladimir Efimov.
Two of the four KLT projects are being implemented on the territory of the former industrial zone “ZIL”: the first is at 2nd Kozhukhovsky Drive (property 29) and on Avtozavodskaya Street (property 16), the second is at 2nd Kozhukhovsky Drive (property 29, building 16). Two more projects are located on other inefficiently used sites in the district: on Avtozavodskaya Street (property 23, building 26) and on Pavlovskaya Street (property 18).
“The highest volumes — 95 percent of all development — will be concentrated on the site of the former ‘ZIL’ industrial zone, whose further development has become possible thanks to the CRT program. In particular, a new educational complex for a thousand school places and 350 preschool places will be built here, as well as shopping and entertainment centers, office buildings, restaurants, cafes, buildings for housing bank branches, and other facilities. In turn, the CRT project on Pavlovskaya Street will contribute to the implementationrenovation program“Residential buildings will appear in this place, as well as a multifunctional public center,” noted the Minister of the Government of Moscow, head of the capital’s Department of Urban Planning Policy
Within the framework of the comprehensive development program for territories in the former industrial zone, on inefficiently used and undeveloped plots, attractive urban spaces are being formed that organically integrate into the urban fabric. At present, more than 420 KRT projects with a total area of over 4,500 hectares are at various stages of elaboration and implementation in the capital.
