Pyongyang, June 9 /Xinhua/ — General Secretary of the CPC Central Committee, Chairman of the PRC Xi Jinping stated on Tuesday that an important consensus has been reached with the General Secretary of the Workers’ Party of Korea (WPK), Chairman of the State Affairs Commission of the DPRK Kim Jong Un on the development of relations between China and the DPRK into a new era.

On Tuesday afternoon, Xi Jinping completed his state visit to the DPRK and left Pyongyang. Kim Jong Un and his wife arrived at the airport to see off the Chairman of the DPRK and his wife, and held a solemn farewell ceremony in their honor.
