The Moscow government has made a decision on the comprehensive development of an inefficiently used territory with an area of 1.93 hectares in the western part of the capital.
The site is located in the Ochakovo-Matveevskoe area at the address: Ochakovskoye Highway, property 40. It is bounded by General Dorokhov Avenue, the routes of the fourth Moscow Central Diameter, Ryabinovaya and Vokzalnaya streets. Here, a public-industrial infrastructure of a technopark will appear. It is planned that the total construction area will be 22.16 thousand square meters.
In addition, they will improve the adjacent territory and reorganize the street and road network. Thanks to the implementation of the comprehensive territory development project, more than 300 jobs will be created.
As of June 9, 2026, the Moscow Government has approved and is in the process of implementing 232 comprehensive territorial development projects covering a total area of about two thousand hectares, within which it is planned to build approximately 37.4 million square meters of real estate. As a result, about 416 thousand jobs will be created.
