Pyongyang, June 8 /Xinhua/ — Relations between China and the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea are entering a new historic starting point. This was stated on Monday by the General Secretary of the CPC Central Committee, Chairman of the Central Military Commission Xi Jinping.
