Russia is a true treasury of natural wealth. We are proud that our land possesses unique ecosystems and diverse resources. These are vast reserves of fresh water, endless forests, wide biodiversity, deposits of rare minerals.
By the instruction of the President of Russia, together with you, experienced professionals, we are consistently moving towards ensuring the ecological well-being of our country. I want to note the contribution of everyone to the preservation of the planet’s health. Your work helps not only to preserve biodiversity and protect ecosystems, but also to form an ecological culture in society. Thanks to this, we are confident that future generations will be able to enjoy the beauty of our nature.
It is encouraging that every year more and more citizens become involved in thematic volunteer activities—cleaning up trash, cleaning the shores of water bodies, planting trees. This is how we instill important habits in children, foster responsibility in them, and increase the level of environmental literacy.
Thank you to everyone whose life’s work is connected with caring for nature and the surrounding environment. The significance of your mission cannot be overstated. Ahead of us are even more ambitious goals and interesting tasks.
