Beijing, June 5 /Xin Hua/ — The Huanayandao Island is an integral part of China’s territory, and China possesses indisputable sovereignty over Huanayandao and the adjacent waters. This was stated by the official representative of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the People’s Republic of China Mao Ning at a regular press conference on Friday.
According to her, the conduct of any activities by China on the island of Huanandao, including scientific research, is the lawful right of a sovereign state.
