The room with an area of 28.6 square meters is located on the first floor of building 93, block 3 on Izmailovsky Avenue and, due to its compact size, is best suited for conducting private practice, for example, opening a speech therapy or massage office, a repair workshop, or a studio, whose services will be used by the residents of the district.
