Decisions made at the Government meeting on June 3, 2026:
1. On the allocation by the Ministry of Education of Russia in 2026 from the Government of the Russian Federation’s reserve fund of budget appropriations to provide subsidies from the federal budget to the budget of the Republic of Dagestan for one-time financial assistance in order to co-finance the fulfillment of obligations arising during the implementation of activities related to carrying out capital repairs and the construction of non-capital buildings of educational organizations
Government Decision:
Adopt the draft order of the Government of the Russian Federation on this issue.
2. When allocating budgetary appropriations in 2026 by the Ministry of Education of Russia from the reserve fund of the Government of the Russian Federation for the provision of subsidies from the federal budget to the budget of the Chechen Republic to provide one-time financial assistance in order to co-finance obligations arising during the implementation of activities for the capital repair and construction of educational organizations’ facilities.
Government Decision:
Adopt the draft order of the Government of the Russian Federation on this matter.
3. On the allocation by the Minister of Russia in 2026 from the reserve fund of the Government of the Russian Federation of budgetary appropriations to provide one-time financial assistance in the form of a subsidy from the federal budget to the budget of Belgorod Oblast to compensate for the expenses incurred by the Belgorod Oblast budget in 2024–2025 for the provision of social support measures to citizens of the Russian Federation living in the settlements of Belgorod Oblast who have been subjected or are being subjected to shelling by the armed formations of Ukraine, forcibly leaving the territory of permanent residence and temporarily not havingpossibility of living in owned residential premises, in the form of rental payments

Adopt the draft order of the Government of the Russian Federation on this issue.
4. On the allocation by the Ministry of Finance of Russia in 2026 from the reserve fund of the Government of the Russian Federation of budgetary appropriations for providing subsidies to the budgets of constituent entities of the Russian Federation to support measures to ensure the balanced budgets of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation

5. On the allocation by the Ministry of Natural Resources of Russia in 2026 from the Reserve Fund of the Government of the Russian Federation of budgetary appropriations for the provision of another interbudgetary transfer from the federal budget to the budget of Krasnodar Krai in order to compensate the expenses incurred by the budget of Krasnodar Krai (budgets of municipal entities of Krasnodar Krai) for the fulfillment of work (provision of services) for the elimination of consequences of an emergency situation caused by the spill of petroleum products as a result of the tanker crashes in the Kerch Strait on December 15, 2024

6. On the allocation of subsidies from the federal budget to the budgets of the subjects of the Russian Federation for the purpose of ensuring the implementation of infrastructure projects aimed at the comprehensive development of urban ground electric transport and motor vehicles for public use, the execution of works on lighting and improvement of territories, as well as for the purchase of buses powered by electric energy from a battery charged from an external source (electro-buses), and facilities of charging infrastructure for them, for 2026 and for the planned period of 2027 and 2028
