The ‘Stanislavski Electrotheatre’ invites everyone who wishes to the play ‘Transformation.’
The production summarizes and reinterprets the activity of the dance company “Porcelain” throughout its entire creative period. The performance is dedicated to the theme of internal transformation, when a form collapses in order to gain a new integrity. “Transformation” is a dialogue with space and time, with the past and the future, a search for balance between street improvisation and stage form, between instinct and the architecture of movement.
The dance company “Farfor” creates conceptual performances at the intersection of contemporary art, street culture, freestyle, and relevant body plasticity. At the core of its philosophy lies improvisation, which becomes a tool for seeking freedom of form and clarity of plastic expression. The collective combines physical strength and agility, structure and spontaneity, creating a theatrical space where movement becomes a new way of communication.
The performance contains fragments of the works “Point and Line”, Freeart and Un/monumental, previously presented in Russia and abroad.
The company “Farfor” was a resident of the ZIL cultural center (2012–2019) and the Small Stage of the Maxim Gorky Moscow Art Academic Theater (2019–2021). The company also collaborated with the Goethe-Institut in Moscow and performed as part of the “Children Dance” festival at the GES-2 cultural center.
