Deputy Prime Minister, Chairwoman of the Council under the Government on Guardianship in the Social Sphere Tatyana Golikova awarded the winners of the II All-Russian competition “School#bezObid”. The awarding ceremony was also attended by the First Deputy Minister of Education Alexander Bugaev, Chairman of the Organizing Committee and Expert Council of the competition, President of the non-profit organization “Accelerator of Social Projects ‘Healthy Future'”, Deputy Chairman of the Council under the Government on Guardianship in the Social Sphere Pyotr Rodionov.

The “School#beWithoutOffense” competition is held for the second time. We sum up its results on the eve of a wonderful holiday, International Children’s Day, which reminds adults how much a child’s interests need support and comprehensive protection.President of Russia Vladimir Putin declared 2026 the Year of Unity of the Peoples of Russia, so it is very important that such traditional values as love for the Motherland, mercy, mutual assistance are nurtured in our children, – said Tatyana Golikova. – Today, 27 million children go through various levels of education every day, meet with their mentors, receive new knowledge, and at the same time face life’s difficulties. During this period of a child’s development, it is extremely important to form an understanding of how to conduct oneself, how to treat one’s country, parents and loved ones, teachers, and friends.

The Vice Prime Minister emphasized that in 2026 the range of competition participants will be expanded, including not only schools but also additional education organizations, colleges, recreation and children’s wellness organizations within its perimeter. At the regional stage of the competition, 88 subjects took part – from the Far East to Kaliningrad. A total of 1350 organizations participated, which is 32% more than last year. Winners of the regional stage – 121 organizations from 87 subjects – advanced to the federal stage.

The II All-Russian competition “School#withoutOffense” is held on the initiative of the Council under the Government on Guardianship in the social sphere. The organizer of the competition is the Ministry of Education of Russia, the operator is the Moscow State Psychological and Pedagogical University, the Federal Coordination Center for the Provision of Development of Psychological and Pedagogical Assistance in the Education System.

The winners were:

— among general educational organizations – Gymnasium No. 32 of the Nizhnekamsk municipal district, city of Nizhnekamsk, Republic of Tatarstan;

— among professional educational organizations — the N.N. Godovikov Polytechnic College, city of Moscow;

— among additional education organizations — the Center for the Development of Creativity of Children and Youth of Kamensky Municipal District, urban-type settlement Kamenka, Voronezh Region;

— among organizations for children’s recreation and health improvement is the Children’s Wellness and Educational Center “Lesnaya Polyana”, Stavropol city, Stavropol Krai.

Winners in the nomination “Best practice for comprehensive support of participants in educational relations regarding the implementation of measures aimed at preventing bullying”.

— among schools — General Education School No. 1, city of Beloyarsky, Khanty-Mansi Autonomous Okrug — Yugra;

Among professional educational organizations is Belgorod Pedagogical College, Belgorod city, Belgorod region;

Among the organizations of additional education is the “Kirov Regional Palace of Creativity – Memorial”, city of Kirov, Kirov Region.

In the nomination “Best experience of the mediation and reconciliation service” – the secondary general education school of the Uktur rural settlement of the Komsomolsky municipal district, Uktur settlement, Khabarovsk Krai.

The goal of the contest is the implementation throughout all regions of the country of comprehensive activities aimed at shaping a favorable socio-psychological climate in schools, colleges, and organizations of additional education, rest and health improvement of children, preventing bullying and other types of socially dangerous behavior among participants in educational relations.The competition will help to improve the professional level of teachers, mentors, educators, psychologists, implement the best algorithms and practices for responding to socially dangerous behavior, create an atmosphere of support and mutual assistance, psychological comfort, respect, and trust.
