Deputy Prime Minister, Chair of the Council under the Government on Guardianship in the Social Sphere Tatyana Golikova awarded the winners of the II All-Russian competition “School#bezObid”. The award ceremony was also attended by the First Deputy Minister of Education Alexander Bugaev, Chair of the Organizing Committee and Expert Council of the competition, President of the non-profit organization “Social Projects Accelerator ‘Healthy Future'”, Deputy Chair of the Council under the Government on Guardianship in the Social Sphere Pyotr Rodionov.
The “School#withoutOffense” contest is being held for the second time. We summarize its results on the eve of a wonderful holiday, International Children’s Day, which reminds adults how much a child’s interests need support and comprehensive protection.President of Russia Vladimir Putin has declared 2026 the Year of Unity of the Peoples of Russia; therefore, it is very important that such traditional values as love for the Motherland, mercy, mutual support, are instilled in our children, said Tatyana Golikova. “Today, 27 million children go through different levels of education every day, meet with their mentors, acquire new knowledge, and at the same time face the complexities of life. During this period of childhood development, it is extremely important to form an understanding of how one should conduct oneself, how to relate to one’s country, one’s parents and loved ones, teachers, and comrades.”
The Deputy Prime Minister emphasized that in 2026 the composition of contest participants will be expanded; within its perimeter, in addition to schools, there will also be organizations of additional education, colleges, and children’s recreation and wellness organizations. At the regional stage of the contest, 88 subjects participated — from the Far East to Kaliningrad. A total of 1350 organizations took part, which is 32% more than last year. The winners of the regional stage of the contest — 121 organizations from 87 subjects — advanced to the federal stage.
II All-Russian contest “School#WithoutHurt” is held on the initiative of the Council under the Government on guardianship issues in the social sphere. The organizer of the contest is the Ministry of Education of Russia, the operator is the Moscow State Psychological and Pedagogical University, the Federal Coordination Center for the Development of Psychological and Pedagogical Assistance in the Education System.
The winners were:
— among general educational organizations — Gymnasium No. 32 of the Nizhnekamsk municipal district, city of Nizhnekamsk, Republic of Tatarstan;
— among professional educational organizations — N. N. Godovikov Polytechnic College, Moscow city;
— among organizations of additional education — the Center for the Development of Creativity of Children and Youth of the Kamensky Municipal District, urban-type settlement Kamenka, Voronezh region;
— among organizations for children’s recreation and health improvement is the Children’s Health and Educational Center “Lesnaya Polyana”, city of Stavropol, Stavropol Krai.
Winners in the nomination “Best practice of comprehensive support for participants in educational relations in the implementation of activities aimed at bullying prevention”:
— among schools – Secondary General Education School No. 1, Beloyarsky city, Khanty-Mansi Autonomous Okrug – Ugra;
Among professional educational organizations is the Belgorod Pedagogical College, Belgorod city, Belgorod region;
Among organizations of additional education is the “Kirov Regional Palace of Creativity – Memorial”, city of Kirov, Kirov region.
In the category “Best Experience of Mediation and Reconciliation Service Activities” – the secondary school of the Uktursk rural settlement of the Komsomolsky municipal district, Uktur settlement, Khabarovsk Krai.
The purpose of the competition is the implementation throughout all regions of the country of comprehensive measures aimed at the formation in schools, colleges, organizations of additional education, recreation and health improvement of children of a favorable socio-psychological climate, prevention of bullying and other types of socially dangerous behavior among participants in educational relations.The competition will help improve the professional level of teachers, mentors, caregivers, psychologists, implement the best algorithms and practices for responding to socially dangerous behavior, create an atmosphere of support and mutual assistance, psychological comfort, respect, and trust.
