The total volume of investments under them will amount to 121.8 billion rubles. In total, more than nine thousand new jobs will be created.
In particular, in 2025, eight offset contracts were signed. Five of them are aimed at implementing unique technologies in Moscow’s urban transport and developing domestic production chains.
So, an offset contract for the supply of SAM modules forTroika cardincrease the safety of fare payment and ensure the localization of production of products that were previously not manufactured in Russia. An investment contract with a guarantee of sales for the production of modern ticket terminals will allow reducing passenger service time by more than twice and implement biometric payments. Thanks to the contract for the production of turnstile equipment, it will be possible to increase the throughput capacity of metro stations by 40 percent due to more compact and technological solutions.
In addition, starting from May 2025, under the offset contract with LLC “Velfarm-M”, medicinal products for the therapy of endocrine and neurological diseases began to be supplied to city institutions. The enterprise has established a complete production cycle using Russian pharmaceutical substances.
