From January to April 2026, about 4.3 million square meters of real estate were built and put into operation in Moscow. These are social facilities, modern business centers, industrial structures, as well as residential buildings, reported the Deputy Mayor of Moscow for Urban Policy and Construction.Vladimir Efimov.

“In the first four months of 2026, 165 new facilities with a total area of about 4.3 million square meters were built and put into operation in Moscow. Approximately 1.4 million of them are non-residential properties, including kindergartens, schools, educational complexes, medical, sports, and cultural and educational facilities. In addition, 17 administrative and office buildings were constructed in the capital over four months. New real estate objects appeared in all administrative districts of Moscow,” noted Vladimir Efimov.

New social, industrial, and business infrastructure facilities harmoniously complement the urban environment. Thanks to their appearance, Muscovites can work in comfortable office spaces and at modern enterprises, as well as choose educational institutions, sports complexes, or clinics with convenient locations.

“One of the new facilities put into operation in the first four months of this year is a kindergarten for 350 places in the residential quarter ‘Salarievo Park.’ In a building with an area of about 6.6 thousand square meters, 14 groups, a music hall, and a gym were equipped. The kindergarten will be handed over to the city, and for the first pupils, it will open on September 1. Another new facility is a commercial medical center on Lobachevsky Street. Landscaping is carried out near the constructed facilities: trees and shrubs are planted, pedestrian paths are laid, and spaces for quiet and active recreation are organized.
