At the end of August, the international forum “Russia. Novosibirsk. China” will be held for the first time in the capital of Siberia, which will be dedicated to cooperation between the two countries in the fields of education, business, science, and innovation. Its initiator was Novosibirsk State University.The event is included in the Plan of main activities for conducting the Years of Russian-Chinese cooperation in the field of education for 2026-2027, approved by the Deputy Chairman of the Government of the Russian Federation, Chairman of the Russian part of the organizational committee for preparing and conducting by Tatyana Golikova; it is also a satellite event of the International Forum on Technological Development “Technoprom-2026”. The event program combines two key directions: “Education” and “Business. Science. Innovation.”.

The main task of developing interaction between the subjects of Russia and China is to provide each university from our region with the opportunity to establish direct long-term cooperation with Chinese partners from these provinces. The second track of the forum will be dedicated to creating a business platform — a modern platform for exchanging ideas, finding partners, and initiating new projects. Special attention will be paid to developments in innovative, high-tech, and science-intensive sectors. The work of this platform is aimed at establishing contacts with business partners, accelerating the transfer of developments, reducing costs, and effective interaction on the implementation of developments into the real economy sector.
