Marat Khusnullin held a meeting of the supervisory board of the public-law company “Unified Customer in the Construction Sector”
In February, the public-legal company “Unified Customer in the Construction Sector” celebrated its five-year anniversary. During this period, the company has demonstrated worthy results, but many tasks lie ahead that require diligent effort. Despite challenging conditions, the “Unified Customer” has accomplished significant work: construction has been completed on more than 100 federally significant facilities, including the Rimsky-Korsakov Conservatory, the Museum of the World Ocean, and the new building of the Tretyakov Gallery in Moscow. In the merged region, more than 3,500 objects of housing and infrastructure have been restored.All this is done to improve the quality of life of our citizens. Thanks to the company’s management for the fruitful work,” said Marat Khusnullin.
The Deputy Prime Minister noted that by the end of 2025 the company achieved high results. Eighteen facilities were fully put into operation and another 18 in separate stages, which is especially important for large complexes. Among them is the outpatient-diagnostic building and the inpatient building for the Federal Children’s Rehabilitation Center in Yevpatoria. In addition, in 2025 the company received conformity certificates for the facilities of the International Children’s Center “Artek.”

By order of the President of Russia, the construction of the Federal Children’s Center in Yevpatoria, the buildings of the Ural Federal University in Yekaterinburg, the facilities for the L. N. Tolstoy museum-estate “Yasnaya Polyana” in the Tula region, and a number of facilities of “Artek” was completed.””In 2026, we aim to increase construction volumes and improve quality standards so that every social facility meets high modern requirements,” said Karen Oganesyan, General Director of the PPP “Unified Customer.”
Moreover, the company controls the construction of world-class university campuses. For instance, today, on the territory of Novosibirsk State University, the construction of an educational and scientific center with a total area of more than 12 thousand square meters has been completed, where 550 students will be able to study. The center will house the largest simulation center in Siberia for practicing the practical skills of future medical specialists in the field of minimally invasive surgery and clinical training, as well as modern laboratories in chemistry, biology, medicine, psychology, and physiology.
Also, the main works on the reconstruction of the sports hall building were completed at Perm State Humanitarian Pedagogical University. The area of the facility has been increased to 1.8 thousand square meters.
