Undergraduate and graduate students of GUU can spend the summer usefully and try themselves in an international educational environment. Havana University invites you to participate in University of HavanaSummer School — a program where education is combined with culture, language practice, and acquaintance with the academic life of Cuba.
The summer school will take place from June 29 to July 17, 2026. The program offers 22 courses in various fields — from humanities disciplines to technology and business. Participants will be able to choose topics that are closer to their academic interests and professional plans.
Among the topics are Spanish language, Caribbean culture and anthropology, innovation and entrepreneurship, project management, artificial intelligence, biotechnology and biomedicine, digital marketing, tourism and sustainable development.
You can choose the format of participation for yourself: In-person, online, or hybrid. Classes are taught in Spanish and English, so to participate it is necessary to be proficient in one of these languages at a level no lower than B1.
Training is paid. The cost depends on the chosen format and package.
In-person participation:
· Bronze: 1 week, 1 course — 150 USD;
· Silver: up to 2 courses of 1 week each or 1 course lasting 2 weeks — 250 USD;
· Gold: up to 3 courses of 1 week each or 1 three-week course + excursions — 480 USD.

Online participation:
· for students — 70 USD;
· for professionals — 100 USD.
After the successful completion of the program, participants receive a certificate from the University of Havana, confirming the completion of the selected courses
