Decisions made at the Government meeting on May 14, 2026:
1. About the draft federal law “On the ratification of the Agreement between the Government of the Russian Federation and the Government of the Republic of Congo on the promotion and mutual protection of investments”
The bill is aimed at ratifying the agreement signed in Moscow and Brazzaville on October 16, 2025.
Government Decision:
Approve the draft federal law “On the ratification of the Agreement between the Government of the Russian Federation and the Government of the Republic of Congo on the promotion and mutual protection of investments” and submit it to the State Duma in the prescribed manner.
2. On the provision in 2026 of other interbudgetary transfers from the federal budget to the budgets of the subjects of the Russian Federation on the implementation of measures for the restoration of regional or inter-municipal and local significance roads in the elimination of the consequences of emergencies of federal and interregional nature
Government Decision:
Adopt the draft order of the Government of the Russian Federation on this issue.
