More than 100 employees of the State Fund “Defenders of the Fatherland” have started training at the State University of Management.
Specialists in records management services from regional branches and the central office of the foundation will receive training at GUU in the program “Records Management (Documentation Support of Management)”.
The program is designed taking into account modern requirements for document management in government bodies and socially significant organizations.
Listeners master the basics of office management from the rules of document processing and citizen interaction to archiving and personal data protection. The training includes studying modern digital technologies, including electronic document management systems and the use of artificial intelligence in everyday work.
Special attention will be given to practical activities. Participants will practice drafting organizational and administrative documents, preparing responses to complaints, and working with comments on social networks.
The result of the training will be a test control confirming the acquired competencies.
Training was organized with the support of the management of GUK and is intended to enhance the effectiveness of the documentation support for the activities of the “Defenders of the Fatherland” foundation – a key structure supporting veterans and participants of the special military operation.
Recall that at SPIEF-2025, the Rector of GUU Vladimir Stroev signed a cooperation agreement with the “Defenders of the Fatherland” fund.
