As part of career guidance work, the foundry of the auto giant organized KAMAZ Day at Chelny School No. 6.

All schoolchildren were involved in the event – from first graders to graduates. The youngest – first and second graders – were preliminarily given a task as part of the “KAMAZ of the Future” competition: they were invited to draw, sculpt, or glue a car. The participants were awarded souvenirs from the automotive giant for their creative work.

Third graders were engaged in designing with Lego a “basketball player’s hand” for a robot and creating an animated picture in the Scratch program. Fourth graders worked with representatives of “Quantorium.” They were learning the basics of digital design, robotics, and virtual reality.

For the middle tier, the organizers prepared “Fun Starts” with intellectual elements. The relay participants got acquainted with the means of individual protection used at the foundry plant, tried them on, wrote a list of components for KAMAZ. All this was combined with tasks requiring speed and agility.

High school students at this time were communicating with the deputy director of the foundry plant for production, Leonid Mironov. The leader introduced them to “KAMAZ”, its history and modernity. Students of grades 9 and 11 learned about the possibilities of professional and higher education in Naberezhnye Chelny from college teachers and the Advanced Engineering School. Also, everyone who wished was able to take photos next to the latest KAMAZ vehicle of the K5 generation.
