The State University of Management informs students, postgraduates, teachers, and staff about the start of applications for the Socialist Republic of Vietnam scholarship program for the 2026/2027 academic year.
The program provides an opportunity to undergo training, a language internship, or professional development at a Vietnamese university. It is implemented based on the Cooperation Agreement between the Government of the Russian Federation and the Government of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam in the field of higher education dated June 20, 2024.
For the 2026/2027 academic year, 75 quota places have been allocated for three programs:
• 30 places — higher education programs: bachelor’s, master’s, postgraduate/doctoral;
• 30 places — language internship in Vietnamese lasting from 3 to 10 months;
• 15 places — a qualification enhancement program for Vietnamese language teachers lasting from 3 to 10 months.
Applications for participation can be submitted by full-time bachelor’s, master’s, and postgraduate students. They have access to higher education programs, as well as a language internship in Vietnamese.
Scientific, scientific-pedagogical workers and employees from the administrative and managerial staff can also participate in the program and apply for training or a language internship.
The scholarship program covers expenses for education and accommodation in the dormitory. Participants are also provided with a monthly stipend.
For admission to higher education programs, it is necessary to have Vietnamese language proficiency at a level not lower than B2 according to the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR). For candidates who do not speak Vietnamese, a preparatory course with a duration of one academic year is provided.
