Kyiv, May 11 /Xin Hua/ — Germany and Ukraine intend to jointly develop and produce unmanned aerial vehicles with varying ranges, including up to 1500 km. This was reported by the Ukrainian news agency Ukrinform, quoting Monday in Kyiv the Minister of Defense of the FRG, Boris Pistorius, at a press conference following a meeting with his Ukrainian colleague Mykhailo Fedorov.

B. Pistorius also promised that Germany will continue to financially support the functioning of new drone-assault units of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

The Minister of Defense of the PRG arrived in Kyiv earlier on Monday. The main purpose of his visit to the CMIs was called negotiations with the Ukrainian authorities on the issue of expanding cooperation in the field of the defense industry. –0–
