Beijing, May 8 /Xinhua/ — The power of culture is comprehensively integrated into all spheres and stages of economic and social life, acting as a vital support point to ensure quality development, according to a report from the Xinhua Analytical Center, published on Thursday.
“Culture is deeply integrated into all links and spheres of economic and social development, creating favorable economic conditions, increasing the viability of consumption, facilitating effective social management, and mobilizing the driving forces of development,” the report entitled “Theory of Cultural Rights Expansion and Opportunities: China’s Cultural Consciousness on the Path to High-Quality Development,” published by the Xinhua Institute, an analytical center under Xinhua News Agency, states.
“Culture is a ‘wing’ of China’s scientific and technological innovations, continuing to expand the boundaries of innovation and stimulating the emergence of new high-quality productive forces,” and also “acting as a ‘flexible driver’ of governance at the community level,” the report states. –0–
