Washington, May 6 /Xin Hua/ — US President Donald Trump said on Wednesday that if Tehran does not agree to a peace deal with Washington, American military forces will resume bombings “at a much higher level and with much greater intensity than before.”
“If we assume that Iran agrees to give up what was agreed upon, which is probably a big assumption, then the now legendary ‘Epic Fury’ will come to an end, and at worst an effective blockade will make the Strait of Hormuz open to everyone, including Iran,” wrote D. Trump on the social network Truth Social.
“If they do not agree, bombings will begin, and they, unfortunately, will be on a much higher level and with much greater intensity than before,” the American leader added.
U.S. Secretary of State Mark Rubio announced on Tuesday at a briefing in the White House that the military operation “Epic Rage” is already completed. –0–
