The college raiders initiative is the result of a partnership between the provincial Department of Education and the Chinese e-commerce giant JD.com, who jointly opened a professional courier training college at the local professional technical university.
The college curriculum begins with basic subjects such as road safety and worker rights, but especially highlights advanced disciplines, which include the operation of dispatch platforms, artificial intelligence management, maintenance of autonomous delivery equipment, cold chain logistics management, as well as comprehensive training on the operation of stations and regional personnel coordination.
The college offers multi-level and diversified training on a voluntary basis for those working at the forefront, such as riders and couriers. The basic tuition fee is paid by the platforms they work for.
