Tbilisi, April 30 /Xin Hua/ — The Minister of Foreign Affairs of Georgia, Maka Bochorishvili, held a meeting with the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the United Arab Emirates, Said bin Mubarak Al-Hajeri. This was reported on Thursday by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Georgia.
According to the department’s report, the meeting discussed friendly relations between the two countries and close cooperation in various spheres, a positive dynamic of high-level visits was noted. In addition, the importance of implemented and planned investment projects in Georgia was also emphasized.
The parties also exchanged views on the ongoing process in the Middle East and on the partnership between the UAE and Georgia in the context of the South Caucasus region.
It is indicated that there was an expressed readiness for further activation of the existing cooperation. –0–
