Projects for the major renovation of four apartment buildings in the Shchukino district have been approved. This was reported by the chairman of the Moscow City Committee on Pricing Policy in Construction and State Expertise of Projects (Moskomexpertiza).Ivan Shcherbakov.
The work will take place at the following addresses: Raspletina Street, house 1, Marshal Vasilevsky Street, house 13, building 1, Marshal Novikov Street, house 2, building 3, and Aviatsionnaya Street, house 65, building 3.
“Positive expert opinions have been issued on the capital repair projects for four apartment buildings in the Shchukino district. In buildings constructed between 1936 and 1985, roofs, facades, and basements will be renovated, and engineering communications will be completely replaced, and technical rooms will be brought into order,” Ivan Shcherbakov noted.
In the building on Raspletina Street, they are repairing the basement ceiling slabs and updating the elements of the rafter system in the attic, replacing the iron roofing with galvanized steel, installing new railings, and renovating the fence structures.
“As part of the capital repair work on the residential building on Raspletina Street, specialists will also renew the main engineering systems — cold and hot water supply, drainage, and central heating. In addition, a new electrical network will be laid at the facility,” emphasized the deputy general director of the Moscow Capital Repair Fund, Pavel Ryabonenko.
In the basement of the building on Marshal Vasilevsky Street, a concrete floor covering will be poured, the ceilings will be repaired, and the brickwork of the walls will be restored; the engineering communications, including garbage chute shafts, will be completely updated. Upon completion, specialists will perform the finishing touches.
The building on Marshal Novikov Street is having its facade updated, the roof and basement repaired, stairway steps refurbished, the plaster layer on the plinth refreshed, and new concrete floors made in the basement. In the building, the water supply, drainage, heating, and electricity systems are being completely replaced, and the balconies will also be brought into order – a protective layer of concrete will be applied to the slabs and new screens installed.
In the building on Aviatsionnaya Street, specialists are repairing the roof, installing a protective metal fence around the roof, and putting the staircases to the roof in order. In addition, they are updating the cold and hot water supply systems, sewage, heating, and fire water supply, replacing garbage chute barrels, and finishing the garbage chambers.
