This consent comes into effect from the moment I check the consent box and remains valid for the period established by the current legislation of the Russian Federation.
In all other respects not provided for by this Agreement, the Fund and the Users are guided by the Policy regarding the processing of personal data (hereinafter referred to as the Policy) and by the applicable norms of the current legislation of the Russian Federation. In the event of a contradiction between the terms of this Agreement and the terms of the Policy, the terms of the Policy shall apply.
