Over 700 million rubles will be allocated from the federal budget for the implementation of the federal project “New Rhythm of Construction” within the framework of the national project “Infrastructure for Life” in 2026–2027. The order on the distribution of these funds was signed by the Chairman of the Government Mikhail Mishustin.

“Financing will also be directed towards conducting applied scientific research and developing new regulatory and technical acts necessary for the introduction of advanced technologies in design and construction, as well as for preparing personnel for the industry, including career guidance for schoolchildren and students,” Minister Mishustin reported onmeeting with the vice-premiers on April 27.

The federal project “New Construction Rhythm” has become the successor to a namesake socio-economic development initiative. Its activities are aimed at increasing efficiency in the creation of industrial, social, and communal infrastructure, which implies more productive use of raw materials, materials, and energy, and therefore — reducing financial costs, lowering environmental impact, and increasing labor productivity through the development of innovations and the implementation of modern technologies.
