OOO “Avtosvet” (an enterprise of the OAT Group, included in the structure of “KAMAZ”) participated in the campaign “Week Without Turnstiles”.
As part of the project, a leading automobile lighting manufacturer opened the doors of its production for schoolchildren and students. During the event, six excursion programs were organized on the territory of LLC “Avtosvet,” in which 120 people participated – schoolchildren, students of technical specialties, representatives of professional communities, and all those interested in modern manufacturing.
The company guests received a unique opportunity to see the processes of creating automotive lighting, familiarize themselves with high-tech equipment, and learn about professions that are in demand in modern industry. The tours were conducted in the format of a live dialogue: visitors asked questions to specialists, observed the operation of production lines, and participated in interactive master classes.
“Participation in ‘Turnstile-Free Week’ is an important part of our social mission. We strive to show young people and the wider public that modern production is a highly technological environment where advanced engineering solutions are applied. Openness and transparency are the values that we at LLC ‘Avtosvet’ consider fundamental.”, – notedDirector of Personnel Galina Fedorchenko.
The annual all-Russian campaign “Week Without Turnstiles” has been held by the Union of Machine Builders of Russia since 2015 in spring and autumn. Its goal is to acquaint schoolchildren and students with enterprises and professions in demand in modern industrial production, as well as to present future specialists and their parents with real jobs and working conditions.
