Kyiv, April 24 /Sinyua/ — Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky reported on Friday in Telegram that within the framework of a prisoner exchange with the Russian Federation, 193 Ukrainian servicemen were returned home.
According to him, among the released persons were representatives of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, the National Guard, the State Border Service, and the State Special Transport Service. Some of them are wounded.
Since the beginning of the Russian-Ukrainian armed conflict, Kyiv and Moscow have conducted 73 prisoner exchanges. The previous procedure took place on April 11.
