Today is World Earth Day. This is not just a date, but an occasion to take an honest look at what we will leave for future generations.
Our work is a daily contribution to preserving the balance so necessary for the Earth. And our key projects directly help the planet right now:
Forest restoration according to the “Plant Trees” project:
We restore areas affected by fires and logging. By planting thousands of seedlings, we help preserve biodiversity.
Cleaning of shorelines and seabeds:
Earth is primarily water, and Russia holds the leading position on the continent in terms of freshwater reserves. Our volunteers clean coastal areas of water bodies, install street furniture made from recycled plastic, and informational stands. Fewer waste in the landfill means cleaner earth beneath our feet.
In species protection:
The health of the planet depends on every link in the food chain. Projects to protect biodiversity help to preserve the Earth’s genetic wealth.
