New Delhi, April 20 /Xinhua/ — At least 21 people died, and another 61 were injured, some of them critically, as a result of a traffic accident involving a bus in the Indian-administered part of Kashmir. This was reported by local officials.
It is reported that a bus veered off the road and overturned in hilly terrain.
An accident occurred in the village of Kagort in the Ramnagar district of the Udhampur area. According to reports, an overcrowded bus was boarding an autorickshaw, after which it overturned and fell onto the road below. –0–
