Washington, April 15 /Xinhua/ — American military said on Wednesday that in the first 48 hours of the American naval blockade, not a single vessel managed to bypass the US forces to deliver to Iranian ports or to deliver from them.
“For the first 48 hours of the blockade by the United States of ships heading to Iranian ports and from them, not a single ship passed by the American forces,” the Central Command of the US Armed Forces said in a message on the social network X.
“Moreover, 9 vessels complied with the instruction of the American forces to turn around and head back in the direction of the Iranian port or coastal area,” the message states.
As the command stated, during the blockade, US warships patrol the Gulf of Oman.
