Financial News: Moscow Exchange — Winner of the “Technology Leaders in Customer-Centricity” Award.

Moscow Exchange became the winner of the “Technological Customer-Centric Leaders” award in the category “External consolidation of the value creation chain.” The award was presented based on the results of the study “IT Companies Customer-Centricity Index,” conducted by the Higher School of Economics and the cloud provider Cloud.ru. The study evaluated the success of companies’ interactions with customers and the influence of artificial intelligence on this process.

The nomination “External Value Chain Consolidation” reflects how successfully a company integrates and coordinates external processes and partnerships using digital technologies. Positions were evaluated based on four metrics: omnichannel interaction with clients, the company’s and products’ presence on social networks, seamless acquisition of products and services, as well as the security of the client experience.

The recognition of the Moscow Exchange as a technological leader in the Russian IT market confirms a high level of digitalization in client operations, as well as security in conducting client transactions.

The “Technological Leaders in Customer-Centricity” award in 2026 took place for the second time. A joint study by Cloud.ru and the Higher School of Economics, in which the customer-centricity index of IT companies is calculated, has been conducted since 2025. The index calculation was carried out among 60 companies from eight market segments — from cloud solutions and software development to banking digital ecosystems, online services, and consumer sector companies actively implementing digital technologies.

The Moscow Exchange is the largest Russian exchange, the only multifunctional platform in Russia for trading stocks, bonds, derivatives, currency, money market instruments, and commodities. The Moscow Exchange group includes a central depository, as well as a clearing center that performs the functions of a central counterparty in the market, which allows the Moscow Exchange to provide clients with a full cycle of trading and post-trading services.
