In the dormitory building being erected in Yevpatoria on the territory of the Federal Children’s Rehabilitation Center with a total area of about 100 thousand sq. m, construction and installation work is being completed. This was reported by the Deputy Chairman of the Government Marat Khusnullin.
On the 12th anniversary of Crimea’s reunification with Russia, the President opened one of the key healthcare facilities on the peninsula – the Federal Children’s Rehabilitation Center in Yevpatoria, specifically the facilities of the first construction phase: the consultative-diagnostic building and the inpatient building. The institution, built under the directive of Vladimir Vladimirovich Putin, is designed for the treatment and rehabilitation of children with diseases of the nervous system, musculoskeletal system, somatic and other diseases. The new buildings have already accepted their first patients.But the work continues: specialists of the “Unified Customer” are constructing facilities for the second and third stages. Currently, the construction of a dormitory for 220 employees is being completed. The building’s readiness is about 90%. I note that creating comfortable conditions for medical personnel is an integral part of the development of healthcare facilities. This work also allows attracting highly qualified personnel to the region,” said Marat Khusnullin.
Construction of a dormitory building with an area of more than 9 thousand sq. m. started in the spring of 2024. Specialists are currently carrying out work on the installation of external and internal engineering networks and finishing of premises. Comprehensive landscaping of the territory is also underway.
“The new building is being constructed taking into account modern quality and safety standards. There will be 150 apartments for one or two people in each. In addition, on the adjacent territory of the dormitory, there will be sports and children’s playgrounds, walking paths, and small architectural forms. The construction of the facility is planned to be completed by the end of 2026,” noted Karen Oganesyan, General Director of PPK “Unified Customer.”
A multiprofile center in Yevpatoria is being created as a smart clinic where innovative methods will be used for the rehabilitation of children. It is being built on the combined territory of the Mud Treatment Facility “Moynaki” and the sanatorium “Rodina.” Treatment there will be able to simultaneously serve 450 patients.
