Beijing, April 3 /Xin Hua/ — On Thursday, the China-Russia Youth Festival of Culture and Arts-2026 kicked off in the city of Tianjin /Northern China/, jointly organized by the Tianjin University of Foreign Languages and the All-Russian Children’s Center “Orlyonok.” This was reported by the local newspaper “Tianjin Daily.”
A festival characterized by deep integration of language study and artistic self-expression through music, dance, theater, and other various forms, aimed at promoting cultural exchange between Chinese and Russian youth through personal communication.
During the event, the Russian delegation consisting of 32 people will be staying in Tianjin for two weeks. They will familiarize themselves with Chinese culture and urban development by taking Chinese language courses, visiting cultural landmarks, and participating in events related to intangible cultural heritage, combining interesting education with social practice.
