Moscow, April 2 /TASS/ — Russia is loading a second tanker to send oil to Cuba. This was announced to journalists on Thursday by the Minister of Energy of the Russian Federation Sergey Tsivilev.
“Cuba is completely blockaded, it has been cut off. Who supplied the oil? A ship from the Russian Federation broke through the blockade. Now the second is being loaded. We will not abandon the Cubans in trouble,” TASS quotes him as saying.
The first Russian tanker with a humanitarian cargo of 100 thousand tons of oil arrived in Cuba on March 30. –0–
