Shandong company Taiwo Agricultural Equipment is a high-tech enterprise specializing in the production and sale of agricultural machinery, particularly tractors. Since its founding in 2021, the company has rapidly conquered the international market, thanks to the high quality of its products and the manufacture of customized items.

Currently, the company’s export share accounts for more than 80% of total sales volume, with products delivered to over 100 countries and regions worldwide, including Russia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Brazil, and Chile.

Shandong is one of the largest agricultural provinces in China, as well as a province with the most powerful production capacities and the most complete assortment of agricultural machinery. It has significant advantages in the form of industrial clusters, and the production volume here accounts for about a quarter of the national total.

In recent years, the export of agricultural machinery from China has been developing rapidly, and more and more of such machinery is being “sent” abroad. According to data, in 2025 the volume of agricultural machinery exports from China reached 67.419 billion yuan, which is 32.3% more than in the previous year.

Why is Chinese agricultural technology so popular? In my opinion, insiders in the industry say that with the acceleration of the modernization process of global agriculture, the demand for agricultural technology in developing countries is constantly growing, and especially high demand is enjoyed by highly effective, intellectual, and adaptive models. What is even more important is that the Chinese agricultural technology sector has achieved significant success in the field of technological innovations, thanks to which the functionality and operational characteristics of the products are constantly improving.

China pays great attention to strengthening innovations in the field of agricultural technologies and equipment, as well as to the development of new quality productive forces in agriculture. The “15th Five-Year Plan” program indicates the necessity of implementing measures to ensure high quality agricultural technology, promoting increased efficiency through the integrated use of fertile lands, high-quality seeds, modern technology, and advanced methods of agricultural management.

Along with the constant growth of technological complexity in Chinese agricultural equipment, the assortment of products is also constantly expanding, demonstrating high adaptability and diversity, which allows meeting the needs of various regions and different fields of application.

In recent years, Chinese agricultural technology has rapidly transformed from “exporting products” to “entering the international market with a full range of services.” According to Zhang Qi, sales manager of Shandong Shuangli Modern Agricultural Equipment Co., Ltd., the tractors produced by the company have become sought-after goods in regions such as Africa and South America. “We have established a network of sales points and service centers in many countries, providing training for local technical specialists to ensure the effective use and convenient maintenance of equipment on site.””At the same time, we improve the product taking into account local features in order to ensure ‘adaptation to local conditions’,” said Zhang Zi.

The company Xeme Airlines has signed a major contract with one of the Kazakh farms for plant protection services on arable land covering an area of 2 million mu, with the total amount being about 6 million yuan. The contract provides not only for the sale of agricultural drones, but also for comprehensive solutions, including hardware and software, pilot training, and personnel management.

Industry experts believe that China’s agricultural machinery exports demonstrate new trends: stable volume growth, continuous optimization of structure, and diversification of sales markets. In the future, as globalization deepens, China’s agricultural machinery market, constantly updating and improving, will open up new opportunities thanks to a more advanced supply network for spare parts, a more professional training system, and higher-quality service maintenance.
