Tashkent, July 7 /Xinhua/ — Stable party leadership, long-term strategic planning, and consistent implementation of reforms have been key factors in China’s economic and social achievements, allowing for a deeper understanding of the features of the Chinese development model. This was stated in an exclusive interview with Xinhua by Muhammadjon Obidov, chairman of the journalists’ union of the Fergana region of Uzbekistan.
According to him, for a long time the rapid economic development of China and its long-term social stability were considered by the international community as two great miracles. However, as the Xinhua interlocutor believes, if viewed from the perspective of political stability and the effectiveness of state governance, one can speak of the ability of the Communist Party of China /CPC/ to maintain continuity, as well as the capacity for development and adaptation.
This approach seems timely and worthy of discussion, noted M. Obidov. The degree of its recognition by the international community will depend on the further practical results of China’s development, as well as on open scientific and expert dialogue, he noted.
According to the expert, this model includes several key aspects: maintaining commitment to the original development goals, the ability for self-reformation and continuous improvement of the management system, effective state governance of a large country like China, ensuring long-term social stability, and creating conditions for sustainable economic growth.
For a broader international understanding of the specifics of the Chinese path, it is important to rely on the real development results of the PRC, concrete statistical data, successful examples of poverty alleviation, infrastructure development, science and technology, as well as to expand international academic, cultural, and media exchanges, the agency’s interlocutor said.
As M. Obidov stated, in recent years China has demonstrated a high level of public security and efficiency in its social management system. Among the advantages of the Chinese management system, he mentioned long-term state planning, active use of digital technologies, effective interaction between authorities and the population, and the ability to quickly respond to emerging challenges.
According to the Xinhua interlocutor, a deeper understanding of China’s experience in the world will be facilitated by active engagement through international media, digital platforms, expert forums, and cultural exchanges that convey the real facts about the country’s security, stability, and high level of development. –0–
