An important disclaimer is at the bottom of this article.

Starting from July 6, 2026, operations in REPO modes with the CCP and REPO with the CSS with settlements in a specialized currency, as well as the purchase and sale of individual bonds denominated in currency in T+ and OTC modes with the CCP, will be available.

REPO transactions with floating rates, open dates, interim payments, as well as early execution and cancellation of deals are not available for these operations. A mechanism for transferring net positions with settlement date T+1 between the Securities and Currency markets is being added:

  • according to the Settlement Codes of the Unified Pool, applied to the Currency market, occursautomatictransfer of net positions in Specialized Currency with a T+1 settlement date from the Stock Market to the Currency Market during the day. The net position is reset to zero on the Stock Market and transferred to the Currency Market along with a simultaneous change in the asset profile.
  • The Instruction for the transfer of obligations in the specialized currency, submitted through the Clearing terminal or NCC Module, has been implemented to transfer the T+1 net position between different Settlement Codes of the Securities/Currency markets. After the transfer, the T+1 net position is reset to zero on the sending market and appears on the receiving market. These instructions are reflected in the new report CCX150 (Report on the transfer of obligations in Specialized currency).

For more information about these tools, see the section “Managing obligations for transactions in REPO with CCP modes” at the link:https://www.moex.com/media/version-2026-2.pdf.

On the date of the start of operations, changes are made to the reports on the results of clearing in the stock market and on the results of trading and clearing in the currency market.

Along with the launch date of foreign exchange REPO operations, additional changes will be made to the reports on the results of clearing in the stock market.

  • In the EQM06/EQM06P/EQM06R reports (Extract from the register of transactions accepted for clearing), the dimensionality and type of fieldsQuantity and Balanceis changed from decimal (20,0) todecimal (20,2).

Note: if the volume is expressed in shares, then the integer value Quantity=”200″ will be replaced withQuantity=”200.00″onlyin the printed form of the report.In the XML report file, trailing zeros after the decimal point are not displayed.

For transaction volume values or obligations/claims different from zero, decimal places can be obtained in transaction records in the SADM technological mode “T+ Obligations Execution: SWAP”.

  • New values of the Type attribute are added to the reports EQM06/EQM06P/EQM06R:
    • 10 — Closing transaction with a NUK in case of non-delivery, concluded by NCC (without submitting applications);
    • 11 — Balancing transaction with DUC, concluded by NCC (without submitting applications);
    • 12 — Closing transaction on the management company’s statement due to inability to fulfill obligations (without submitting applications);
    • 13 — Balancing transaction with the DUC due to inability to fulfill obligations (without submitting bids).
  • The CCX150 report (Report on transfers of obligations in Specialized Currency) is added.
