On June 25, the results of the All-Russian intensive course for students “Innovative Technologies of Unmanned Systems” were summed up at the Public Chamber of Russia. The Saint Petersburg State University of Architecture and Civil Engineering was an active participant and partner of this large-scale federal project.
The goal of the intensive course, organized by the Public Chamber of the Russian Federation, the Public Council under the Ministry of Transport of Russia, and the Russian Technological University – MIREA, was to promote the development of the national unmanned transportation industry and to train qualified engineering personnel. Students of SPbGASU took part in the educational program of the project and also demonstrated a high level of professional competencies during the All-Russian hackathon, where they worked on real practical cases in the field of intelligent transport systems.
At the closing meeting, the attendees analyzed the results achieved and identified the priority tasks of the industry. The best participants were awarded.
At the solemn event, SPbGASU was represented by the Deputy Dean for Research of the Automobile and Road Faculty, Associate Professor of the Department of Ground Transport and Technological Machines (GTTM), PhD in Technical Sciences.Roman Litvin.

Roman Litvin was awarded a letter of gratitude from the Public Council of the Ministry of Transport for active cooperation with the council in the field of involving youth in research activities.
Participation in such projects confirms SPbGASU’s status as one of the leading centers for training engineering personnel for the country’s transport infrastructure. The university will continue to develop cooperation with relevant ministries, public associations, and industry partners in the field of implementing advanced technologies in transport.
