Moscow Exchange is pleased to announce that starting June 22, 2026, the “Identifier Management” service in the Participant’s Personal Account (PPA) has been expanded for Auction Organizers in the Money Market M-Deposits market. Previously, this service was only available to Trading Participants in the Equity Market, Deposits Market, Loans Market, Currency Market, Money Market, and Derivatives Market.
THE FUNCTIONALITY OF THE SECTION ALLOWS
- Switch to a digital format of interaction with the Moscow Exchange regarding the management of technical access identifiers
- Increase the speed of managing technical access identifiers: assign/change/revoke identifiers within minutes (effective from the next trading day); view application statuses, save drafts, reset passwords, and more.
ADDITIONAL FEATURES OF THE NEW VERSION
- Duplication of requests with parameters of cancelled logins, which allows increasing work efficiency
- Reservation of user access identifiers for Participants with Candidate status for the deposit market with the Federal Treasury (without CSD) to transfer the reserved login to the Federal Treasury
HOW TO GET ACCESS
TO THE SECTION “IDENTIFIER MANAGEMENT”:
- Submit an applicationto access the new section of the LCU with the assignment of the role “Identity Management” (the form is attached to this letter)
- Access will be granted within 1-3 days after receipt of the access request
- Go to the new version of the LCU via the linkhttps://platform.moex.comfor managing identifiers
