Wenchang /Hainan Province/, April 7 /Xinhua/ — The “Long March-8” carrier rocket with a group of 18 internet satellites successfully launched on Tuesday from a commercial spaceport located in Hainan Province in southern China.
The carrier rocket was launched at 21:32 Beijing time from the Hainan commercial spaceport. It successfully delivered the payload to the designated orbit — the seventh group of internet satellites, which form the Chinese “Qianfan” /Spacesail/ group to provide commercial internet services. –0–
