In Moscow, under the chairmanship of the Deputy Prime Minister, Chairman of the Supervisory Board of DOM.RF, Marat Khusnullin, the annual meeting of the company’s general shareholders was held, where the results of work for 2025 were summarized.
“This is the first annual shareholders’ meeting since the IPO conducted last year. Demand for shares exceeded supply several times, and currently their price has risen by more than 25%. This confirms investors’ confidence in the prospects of DOM.RF, and hence in the prospects of the housing construction sector as a whole, despite external factors. The key parameters and development guidelines for the construction industry and housing and communal services have been defined by the national project ‘Infrastructure for Life.’ Thanks to the support of the President and the Prime Minister, all the targets planned for 2025 have been met. In December, the supervisory board of DOM.RF adopted a development strategy for the company until 2030 and outlook until 2036, which sets new ambitious goals. DOM.RF will continue to act as an operator of government programs in the housing sector, develop the market of mortgage-backed securities, and increase efficiency,” said Marat Khusnullin.
The Deputy Prime Minister added that the company is expanding its portfolio of project financing, developing digital infrastructure, and setting standards for comprehensive territorial development. Special attention is paid to increasing the volume of housing construction involving DOM.RF.
Marat Khusnullin thanked the company’s team for their professionalism, responsibility, and contribution to improving citizens’ quality of life and the country’s economic growth.
“DOM.PF is ahead of schedule on the 2026 business plan. At the end of July, we will record the register of shareholders to receive dividends, with payouts taking place in August. At the same time, we have started monthly disclosure of financial information because the principle of openness with investors is the foundation of long-term trust. Our goal by 2030 is to double the scale of the business through project financing and securitization. The basis of the financial model for the coming years will be high efficiency and a return on capital above 20% with a stable payment of half of net profit as dividends,” said Vitaly Mutko, CEO of DOM.PF.
Following the meeting, the profit distribution of DOM.RF was approved, including the payment of dividends on shares for 2025. The voting results will be announced later.
