The project by GUU student Varvara Karamysheva was among the top five in Russia, and our university received three awards at the “Startup as a Diploma” Leaders award.
At the finals of the All-Russian competition of graduation qualification works in the format “Startup as a diploma,” the best projects of this year were announced. Fourteen teams went on stage to defend their projects before an expert jury. In total, 1200 applications were submitted to the competition from 189 universities across 65 regions of Russia.
Graduate student of the State University of Management Varvara Karamysheva presented her development Clynn – a professional dispenser device for tattoo artists and permanent makeup masters, which ensures sterile and precise dispensing of viscous substances. As a result of expert evaluation, Varvara took an honorable 5th place, and in the audience vote she even rose to third place in the ranking.
In addition to prizes and gifts from partners, all finalists received a fast-track to the semifinals of the prestigious Startech.Awards in the category “Best Technologies by Students and Schoolchildren.”
In addition, the State University of Management was awarded three prizes at the All-Russian “Leaders ‘Startup as a Degree'” award, which was held for the first time this year:
- For the promotion and active participation in the project “Startup as a Diploma,” the State University of Management was awarded a laureate diploma in the “University” nomination. The calculation took into account data from 425 universities across 80 regions of the country.
- Deputy Head of the Department of Innovation Management Victoria Degtyareva received an award in the nomination “Scientific Supervisor.” Experts selected the best from 136 applications from 8 federal districts.
- The winner of the 2025 “Startup as a Diploma” competition, GUU master’s student Danila Yakovlev, became a laureate in the “Ambassador” category.
These awards once again confirmed the significant contribution of our university to the development of youth entrepreneurship in the country.
