Rosneft enterprises constantly implement various activities and programs aimed at developing the younger generation, fostering patriotism and an active life position, and maintain systematic cooperation with the All-Russian “First Movement.”
The Company’s personnel policy aims to ensure a continuous influx of professionally trained youth and their rapid and effective adaptation at enterprises. To address youth policy objectives, the Company operates a corporate educational system “School-college/university-enterprise,” within which Rosneft forms an external talent pool from among schoolchildren and students in its regions of operation. In 2025, the Company organized more than 950 career guidance events: seminars, plant tours, meetings with young specialists, thematic quests, and quizzes. A pre-profile preparation program for schoolchildren, targeting students in grades 5–8, is implemented in all partner schools. The program includes 660 school classes.
A significant component of youth policy is the identification, support, and development of gifted schoolchildren. An effective tool for working in this direction is motivating students to participate in the olympiad movement. In the 2024/2025 academic year, 930 students became participants in subject olympiads of various levels, and 373 of them were awarded the titles of winners and prize-winners.
The company actively engages in the development of young specialists: it creates opportunities for advanced training, organizes youth scientific-practical conferences and professional skills competitions, and large-scale hackathons. Thus, in June 2026, the 19th cluster conference of young specialists concluded across nine enterprise venues, with 1,300 young employees participating, presenting their research projects in 67 specialized sections. Rosneft creates opportunities for the professional and personal growth of youth, laying a solid foundation for the future of the country’s oil industry.
