Deputy Prime Minister Alexander Novak, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the company «Rosseti», held the annual general meeting of shareholders, at which new compositions of the board of directors and the audit commission were elected, and the annual financial statements of the company for 2025 were reviewed.
The Deputy Prime Minister noted that “Rosseti” is the main electric grid organization in the country, on whose activity the implementation of all-scale plans for economic development and the achievement of national goals set by the President depend, since not a single national project can be realized without ensuring the infrastructure for energy.
“Stable company development, attracting investments, increasing the operational efficiency of Rosseti, its expansion in terms of consolidating territorial network organizations, performing the functions of a system-forming company — these are the key directions that are successfully implemented today. The organization fulfills its functions, demonstrates positive production activities and financial results. It faces large-scale tasks ahead, and we are confident that they will be achieved,” noted Alexander Novak.
