Beijing, June 26 /Xinhua/ — Chairman of the National People’s Congress Standing Committee Li Zhanshu stated on Friday that China is ready to establish a partnership in the field of security with Cambodia, and together with Cambodia to make persistent efforts to eradicate the chronic problem of fraud in the telecommunications sector.
