In 64 regions of Russia, a Festival of Professions will be held at the site of the All-Russian Employment Fair.
“The All-Russian Employment Fair has been held for the fourth time. Over these years, more than 3.2 million people have participated. About 450 thousand people have been able to find jobs thanks to this event. As a tradition, the fair is held before Youth Day — precisely during the period when most students have passed exams and are thinking about working during summer vacations or their first permanent job,” said Deputy Prime Minister Tatyana Golikova.
The largest Russian companies participate in the fair: “RZD”, “Sber”, “Gazprom”, “Rosatom”, “Rosseti”, “Inter RAO”, “Rusal”, “Severstal”, “Norilsk Nickel” and others.
The event program for this stage in each region has been developed taking into account the specifics of the local labor market and is aimed at different age groups of visitors. Thus, in the Kaliningrad region, there will be an event “Try on a Profession,” in the Saratov region, master classes using artificial intelligence will be held for students, in the Tambov region, all interested parties will be able to participate in quizzes in VR space, and in Chuvashia, an interactive platform will be organized to inform citizens about the available opportunities for upgrading qualifications.
Thematic stations at educational institutions of the city are organized in the Arkhangelsk region, professional trials in in-demand professions in the field of woodworking will take place in the Vologda region, and in Irkutsk, thanks to a career Lego workshop, participants of the fair will learn how to compose the perfect resume.
“This year, more than half a million people visited the regional stage of the fair. More than 66 thousand of them have already been employed. Among them are graduates of educational organizations, participants in the special military operation, members of large families, as well as citizens with disabilities. The federal stage of the fair will begin on June 26. Employers have already announced about 400 thousand vacancies, and the number of opportunities will traditionally increase up to the very opening of the fair,” noted Minister of Labor and Social Protection Anton Kotyakov.
Traditionally, an online business session marathon is held as part of the fair. 13 cities and more than 20 experts will participate in it. The marathon will start at 9:30 and will last until 14:00 Moscow time.
The first site of the online marathon will be Novosibirsk, where a session dedicated to the training of highly qualified personnel to ensure technological leadership will take place. In the capital, a discussion about the overall development of the labor market and the implementation of the national project “Personnel” will be held at the media group “Russia Today” site. And in the Krasnodar region, there will be a discussion on the employment of graduates and attracting youth to production.

Let us remind you, the All-Russian Employment Fair has been held since 2023 by order of the President of Russia. From 2025, the event will be included in the national project “Personnel.”
