“RN-Yuganskneftegaz”, the largest producing asset of “Rosneft”, has put into operation three mobile medical complexes on automobile chassis. For employees of the enterprise’s remote fields, a wide range of medical services has become available.
Mobile complex – this is a mobile medical unit with separate rooms for outpatient reception and a procedure room. The equipment includes an electrocardiograph, tonometer, glucometer, nebulizer, a set of specialized medical furniture, a climate filtering system, and much more.
Modern equipment of the complex allows providing industrial workers with qualified assistance, conducting telemedicine consultations with the region’s leading clinics, diagnostics for planned hospitalization, preliminary and pre-trip medical examinations, and vaccinations. The throughput capacity of each complex is up to 40 people per day. The enterprise plans to acquire 11 more complexes and equip all remote sites with them.
Mobile medical complexes – a new stage in the development of the industrial health center network of “RN-Yuganskneftegaz”. All company health centers are equipped with high-tech medical equipment for conducting initial examinations and providing medical assistance.
The enterprise previously implemented a corporate telemedicine system and elements of artificial intelligence. Modern technologies ensure the interaction of paramedics working at the enterprise site with specialists from the Regional Telemedicine Center of the Tyumen Region in conducting comprehensive patient diagnostics. Artificial intelligence collects primary patient data for the Center’s specialists by generating a checklist.
Maintaining employee health and improving the quality of medical services at industrial facilities is one of the priorities of Rosneft’s social policy. Since 2018, the Company has been developing a corporate telemedicine network that unites medical points at remote industrial sites and large regional consultative and treatment centers.

The production facility of “RN-Yuganskneftegaz” operates 29 medical centers. Medical personnel provide necessary assistance, including emergency care, in accordance with modern standards. Monthly, the medical centers receive about a thousand people.
